Omega-3 and omega-6 DHA ARA both add to the nutritional complexity of HiPP 2+ Toddler Formula, aiding in the healthy development of the brain, eyes, and central nervous system. This organic milk with DHA for toddlers is a natural transition from HiPP 1+ Kindermilch, or any other toddler formula.

This toddler formula contains no nasties such as maltodextrin, gluten, soy, wheat, peanut extracts, or artificial preservatives. We also love that this formula is sugar free and corn syrup free, with all sugars occurring naturally from the organic skimmed cow’s milk.

Hipp Formula Copmany works directly with HiPP in Germany to deliver fresh baby formula that has a long expiration date of six months or more. Each shelf-stable box of HiPP 2+ Kindermilch contains 600 grams (21.2 oz) of formula powder, which yields approximately 130 fluid ounces of prepared formula.

How much HiPP 2+ Kindermilch should you buy? The estimate for how many units of formula you’ll need is based on an assumption that baby formula is the primary source of nutrition within your baby’s diet, and takes into account HiPP 2+ Kindermilch packaging and scoop sizes, as well as the HiPP’s recommended dosage at each age. Unless stated “per month”, the calculation is a total for the entire age bracket. On average, a typical baby uses 1.5 boxes of HiPP 2+ Kindermilch per month, when fed using HiPP’s feeding instructions. If you supplement with breast milk or other foods, your calculation may be different. Always follow your pediatricians advice for feeding instructions that are unique to your baby.

HiPP 2+ Toddler Formula Mixing Instructions

  Sterilize

  Begin by washing your hands and sterilizing your equipment and workspace. In order to kill off any residual bacteria that may be in your water, boil 1 liter of water and leave it to cool for up to 30 minutes.

  Check Feeding Chart

  Read the feeding chart relevant to your specific formula. Depending on your baby’s age, add the corresponding water and formula ratios. Use the formula scoop provided inside of your box so as to ensure accurate measurements.

  Prepare

  Close the bottle with a sterilized cap and shake vigorously until all formula powder has been dissolved and no lumps remain. We recommend placing a nipple cap over the bottle top so as to avoid touching it with your hands.

  Check Temperature

  Baby formula is ready for feeding when it reaches body temperature (~98°F). You may cool the formula in the refrigerator in order to reach this desired temperature, and you can test the formula on your forearm to make sure it isn’t too hot. Use the formula immediately after preparation.
