HiPP German Stage 2 Combiotic Follow-on Infant Milk Formula is a nutrient rich clean formula with prebiotics and probiotics, perfect for babies aged six months and above. We love that this formula can be used alongside breast milk, or as a complete substitute to breast milk. HiPP German Stage 2 can be used after transitioning from HiPP German Stage 1, or after transitioning from any other infant formula. This iron enriched organic formula contains no maltodextrin.

Not only does this formula have natural omega-6 fatty acids and omega-3 DHA and ARA, but also the probiotics and prebiotics can help your baby’s gut develop it’s natural healthy biome in a way similar to how breast milk kickstarts your baby’s digestive system. HiPP German Stage 2 is also appropriate for baby’s who may have started eating solid foods.

The lactose in this clean formula comes from organic cows, and is a perfect carbohydrate substitute for any kind of refined sugar. In fact, HiPP German Stage 2 does not contain any added sucrose, corn syrup, GMO’s, soy, peanuts, gluten, artificial flavors, or synthetic preservatives. How much HiPP German Stage 2 should you buy? The estimate for how many units of formula you’ll need is based on an assumption that baby formula is the primary source of nutrition within your baby’s diet, and takes into account HiPP German Stage 2 packaging and scoop sizes, as well as the HiPP’s recommended dosage at each age. Unless stated “per month”, the calculation is a total for the entire age bracket. On average, a typical baby uses 3.5 boxes of HiPP German Stage 2 per month, when fed using HiPP’s feeding instructions. HiPP Stage 2 German Formula Mixing Instructions

  Sterilize

  Begin by washing your hands and sterilizing your equipment and workspace. In order to kill off any residual bacteria that may be in your water, boil 1 liter of water and leave it to cool for up to 30 minutes.

  Check Feeding Chart

  Read the feeding chart relevant to your specific formula. Depending on your baby’s age, add the corresponding water and formula ratios. Use the formula scoop provided inside of your box so as to ensure accurate measurements.

  Prepare

  Close the bottle with a sterilized cap and shake vigorously until all formula powder has been dissolved and no lumps remain. We recommend placing a nipple cap over the bottle top so as to avoid touching it with your hands.

  Check Temperature

  Baby formula is ready for feeding when it reaches body temperature (~98°F). You may cool the formula in the refrigerator in order to reach this desired temperature, and you can test the formula on your forearm to make sure it isn’t too hot. Use the formula immediately after preparation.
