About HiPP UK Stage 2

With English instructions on the box, this ultra clean baby formula is manufactured in Germany and packaged in the UK. It is the natural follow on from HiPP UK Stage 1 and can eventually be replaced by HiPP UK Stage 3. You can use HiPP UK Stage 2 as a complete meal substitute, or use it alongside breastfeeding while weaning your baby.
There are absolutely no synthetic preservatives in this shelf stable formula. HiPP prides itself in using only organic ingredients in their formulas, while avoiding additives such as soy, starch, GMO’s, peanuts, refined sugars, corn syrup, or artificial digestive aids. This is a gluten free and egg free formula that is certified to strict EU organic standards.
In order to be a complete source of nutrition, HiPP UK Stage 2 contains increased amounts of nutrients in comparison to prior stage formulas. You can use HiPP UK Stage 2 even if your baby has never tried formula before, as well as if you are transitioning form a different formula. This formula includes important omega-6 and omega-3 LCP’s (Long Chain Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids) which are believed to help with the healthy development of brain and eye tissue. The main carbohydrate in this formula is natural lactose.

Important Feeding Information
- Each baby formula uses different mixing proportions. Only use the scoop that is included in your formula.
- Only add water and scoops at the ratios intended by the manufacturer. Do not supplement the milk feeds with any additional ingredients.
- Do not prepare feeds in advance. In order to maintain maximum nutritional value, use the feeds immediately and dispose of any leftovers feed.
- Once prepared, feed should be used within 2 hours if stored at room temperature. Bottles cooled with a cold ice pack should be used within 4 hours. Refrigerated bottles may be used for up to 24 hours.
- Microwaves heat unevenly! Do not microwave prepared feeds as heat spots may occur.
- Once opened, formula should be used within 21 days. Any unopened formula should not be used after the expiration date printed by the manufacturer on the box.
